Founded in 2018, Roc Holiday Village is a signature winter destination in downtown Rochester, produced and co-owned by Bella Events Group founder Jenna Manetta-Knauf alongside partners Kelli Marsh and Sean McCarthy. The annual festival transforms Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park into an immersive holiday experience featuring free ice skating and skate rentals, a curated shopping village, visits and photos with Santa, fire pits with outdoor seating, indoor and outdoor bars, handcrafted goods, cozy winter igloos, free kids’ crafts, food trucks, live music, private events, nightlife, and seasonal celebrations. In 2025, Roc Holiday Village drew more than 200,000 visitors of all ages. It earned national recognition from USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, Newsweek, and TZR as one of the top holiday markets and ice skating destinations in the country.
